We’re disappointed if you’re not completely satisfied with your Boomerang Tracker purchase. We take a lot pride in our products and services! If you are experiencing a problem with a Boomerang Tracker purchase, please take a minute to read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under the Boomerang Tracker warranty.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee: (Boomerang Tracker Web-Store Purchases)

We want you to be totally happy about the products you purchase from Boomerang Tracker’s web-store. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be unopened in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. Halo Security Ltd. will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. Halo Security Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any such returns. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable. NOTE: this guarantee only applies to orders placed on Boomerang Tracker’s web-store.

For defective goods damaged in transit it is up to you, the client, to notify us within 24 hours if you receive goods from us in damaged or non-functioning condition. We will then investigate and when satisfied that the shipping agent is at fault we will then resend the order again.

Boomerang Tracker Web-Store Return Instructions:

If you bought your product directly from us and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it following the below procedure. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

1.      Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number from Boomerang Tracker Customer Support info@boomerangtracker.com Failure to do so may result in your return being mislaid, lost or forfeited.

2.      Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Include a copy of the RMA form.

3.      Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address show below. (Items must be received by Boomerang Tracker within 14 days of issuing the RMA):

Warranty Repair & Replacement Service Instructions:

Boomerang Tracker will replace your product or part free of charge if your product or part has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty below. Boomerang Tracker is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns.

BEFORE sending anything to Boomerang Tracker, please contact our Customer Support Team. They are often able to solve the problem quickly via email info@boomerangtracker.com

If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

1.      Prepare a package to return to Boomerang Tracker. All product parts must be included in your return!

2.      Please include your original receipt and a clearly printed explanation of the problem.

3.      Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to:

Returns that don’t qualify for warranty coverage will be returned to customers. It is vital that you communicate with Boomerang Tracker’s Customer Support Team before sending in your return!

Boomerang Tracker Warranty:

Boomerang Tracker products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Boomerang Tracker’s sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Boomerang Tracker’s sole discretion. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this product is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Damage resulting from use, accident, or normal wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Boomerang Tracker assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Boomerang Tracker be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts. Because of possible user resealing error, this product is not warranted against the leakage of the water pouch or any resulting damage. Please review and follow the instructions carefully when using the waterproofing pouch. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

Product warranties

The legal guarantee concerning product conformity does not apply in some cases:

1) When damage is caused by external factors such as shocks, lightning, power surges, rust and sand.
2) When damage is caused by the customer’s non-respect of the manufacturer’s instructions regarding the use and installation of the product,
3) When damage is caused by the customer’s misuse of the product.
4) When the customer is aware of damage to the product at the time of placing their order.
